I don't have anything interesting to say so here's a quick recipe for Srikhand. Buy a tub of Greek Yogurt and sweeten it with any natural sweetner of your choice (sugar, honey, maple syrup etc.). Then spice it liberally with saffron (soaked in warm milk first) and cardamom powder. Mix it all to get a smooth, creamy consistency and enjoy with your favourite topping. You may sing the Amul Srikhand jingle while eating. So far we have tried chopped grapes, sliced mangoes and various dry fruit and nut combinations and they all taste yum.

At some point I will post pictures of our trip to Ellicott City which is just a quaint old Shaker town.
